Who we are

Information we collect

• Account & sign-in details. When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address and profile identifier from that provider. If you register with email, we store your name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Contact & delivery details. Your phone number, delivery area and address, and any delivery notes you provide.
• Order information. The items you order, your basket, order history and any farm-visit bookings.
• Payment information. Card and mobile-money payments are processed by Paystack. We do not receive or store your full card details, only a confirmation and reference for each transaction.
• Technical data. Basic session cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your basket, plus standard server logs.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
• To process, pack, deliver and confirm your orders and farm visits.
• To send you order receipts and important updates about your order.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• Paystack: to process payments securely.
• Google & Facebook: only when you choose to sign in with them, to verify your identity.
• Email delivery: to send your receipts and order confirmations.
• Our delivery team, to bring your order to the address you provide.
• Authorities, if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights & how to delete your data

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data (including data obtained through Facebook or Google sign-in), email kagiraridge@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your basket. These are required for the site to work and do not track you across other websites.

Children

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
